A vision board, also known as a dream board is a visual representation of your dreams and goals. This is a great technique to start your manifestation practice as it helps you a lot to turn your dreams and goals (like if you want to travel somewhere, or want to get a job, or want to study harder, or want to learn something, etc) into reality. Positive and inspiring people help you to improve self-esteem and encourages you in your efforts to manifest your dreams. Being with positive-minded people will help to lift you up and see the brighter side. Such people will help you to remove negativity from your mind and reduces your stress. So if you seriously want to manifest your dreams then it is important that you have positive-minded people in your circle. Be nice to people around you, give them and yourself compliments because it’s a proven study that seeing happy and smiling faces can uplift your mood. So keep the company of people who makes you feel happy and special.
